I have tried countless of collagen powders over the years and the only one I have found that has given me any results is Wellgard pure collagen hydrolysate powder it has shown on my skin and hair!!

I'm using Noble Nature with the vitamin tablets, i have no complaints and do feel it's working. My hair, skin and nails have definitely improved, but you have to be consistent and take every day ☺️

Now changed to nutrition geeks Glow up collagen x also new leaf marine collagen supplement... I'm so used 2 tking it over many years that I just continue... I use the big tubs of welguard...I find that good plus the sachet's of liquid you cut open & drink from the sachet!!....forgotten name of that sorry!!🥰xx

I was on this till my sister told me it’s bovine collagen which comes from the bones of cows, and I don’t eat meat ect lol.. other then this I was on revive collagen. I was on it for 6 months, it helped with my hair growth, nails and bones and my skin was stronger

I love nutrition geeks! Would love to find a decent marine collagen one though. I found a great one (for effectiveness/quality) that had bovine and marine with vitamin c for absorption but it didn’t dissolve well! Hope you’re having a good weekend x

I use welguard tubs two bigger that table spoon x2 per day and packet saches liquid straight in mouth bish..bash..boss with those I alternate between the two.🩵xx
