Happened to me. My idiotic dad almost burnt down our backyard by dumping out coals he thought were no longer hot onto PINESTRAW!! We woke up to a raging fire in our backyard that we all had to manually put out. It took forever because it burned all the way to the ground and kept reigniting

This is why wildfires are problematic. There is a fire underground which is hard to see so days if not weeks after the fires are out you need to have squads patrolling around (depending on the area) looking for this small smokes to water the ground and dig it up
