These activities create reasons for people to own and use the token beyond speculation. This is why the discussion should never be simplified into “burn or don’t burn.” The better question is whether a token creates more value by becoming scarcer today or by helping the ecosystem become significantly larger tomorrow. If investing those tokens can generate far greater adoption, utility, and network activity, then the long-term value created may exceed the benefit of reducing supply immediately. In the end, successful ecosystems are rarely built by aggressive burning alone, nor by unlimited distribution. They are built by maintaining the right balance between scarcity and growth.
