I am facing heavy grief right now. My entire life I have been so accustomed to loss and change and adapting to it all it was normal to me unfortunately. It’s like every time life is good for a few months all the work I put in something devastating happens and yes it is entirely exhausting me. I’ve had 5 people pass away in the past year and a half. And this recent one 2 days ago by old boy best friend passed away and we haven’t talked in so long. My heart has never ever hurt like this with such deepened exhaustion. But through all the pain I face in my life, I try to find beauty in it all and treasure the good parts that I can. This is going to completely change me and god I hope for the better I’m so tired of being strong and having armor around me and being the one picking myself up off the floor each time.

Truly a sudden wave of angry grief out of nowhere 😅 Just been breathing it out because there's nothing else I really want to do about it anymore. I feel so done with those things even though they now rise to the surface. But that's good! To see how they no longer hold power over me.
