I can’t say I agree….. I think you need to get to know ppl around you, know the ones that you can trust, the ones that are your well wishes and the ones that aren’t, don’t see everyone with suspicion. I’d be hurt if my sibling hid a life goal thinking they didn’t trust me and vice verse
