Great advice. Sometimes it feels like if im not applying I’m letting go of opportunities. I spent all weekend, last weekend, full of anxiety especially seeing friends hanging, but I need to learn to take it slow on weekends.

This is the best advice. We tend to be so hard on ourselves because we are so desperate. And I have found that whether I stress or not the situation remains. So I’d rather pour into my mental health so that I can hit the LinkedIn/Indeed Jumanji streets with positivity. I’m a lot calmer…. As I go binge on The Cleaning Lady 🌼
