Those are just toilets. Designed for Spartans. Their poo is super strong also. A Spartan doesn't know when their gonna need to go, so multiple are like this. The suits are designed to recycle waste, but that uses power. Their also designed for easy bathroom use. The testing for removing armor pieces easily associated with bathroom use. Was a pain a in a** literally. The poor marines that volunteered didn't know what was in store.
