Hello PUBG Mobile Support, I would like to report an issue regarding the new Druvaen X-Suit event. On the morning of August 1, 2026, I obtained the new Druvaen X-Suit and selected the Blue Path. Later that evening, my friend also obtained the Druvaen X-Suit and selected the Yellow Path. He had 1,000 X-Suit Coins remaining, so he wanted to give them to me by gifting me the Druvaen X-Suit Selection Crate using those 1,000 Coins. I successfully received the gift. Since I already owned the Blue Path, I selected the Blue Path again, expecting it to be treated as a duplicate. However, I did not receive any compensation. I did not receive 1,000 Coins, Druvaen Tokens, or any other compensation. Nothing was added to my account. This happened at approximately 9:42 PM on August 1, 2026. Could you please investigate this issue and help me recover the missing compensation if this is a bug? I spent a lot of money on this event, so I would really appreciate your assistance.
