What if my baby father wasn’t doing anything bfr nd d first time he wants to I sent him d school fees teller nd 50k monthly fr feeding in total like 300k for d for d 1st term nd he sent 50k nd i complained to him dat it. Wasn’t able to cover anything then d nxt month he sent me 30k nd I got upset dat we aren’t begging ,if he wants to co parent he should do it right nd not try to rage bait me he then told me to join all money he sent yo me dat d 50& 30 to pay d child school fees if dat is my problem , nd then I transferred it back dat if Dey won’t do things d right way then Dey should frget abt it . Nd im being accused fr over overreacting .j want to charge him to court to co parent cos he wants me to return d child to his parents bfr Dey can do anything.

7years later, my sons dad came and he’s paying his school fees, same school my son has been going to since he started at 3years and my son is 9 now. But for a reason, when my son started school he was using his dads name (it was my mom that did the whole processing then, left for me I would never use his dads name). Every other document carries my own surname it’s only in school my son uses his dad’s name. This is it, once he enters secondary, he will definitely be using my own surname which I even told his dad earlier this year that after his primary education he won’t continue with the name but mine and he said no problem that the child will look for his father I’m not even disputing that, I even said in future if he wants to change back to his fathers name, I won’t stop him but for now he will use mine and there’s even a back story to how for the first time he came to see his son after 7 years and since then till now, no calls no visits I’m the one always trying to make him involved cause normally I no like wahala. Now, should incase he wants drama when my son starts using my own surname in secondary school, do I have a case? Even the school fees he pays, I still pay some other school bills o like club activities, music classes and any other thing that comes up during the academic section he only pays tuition and transportation(school bus) feeding, medical, shelter, clothing is all me.

my children father refuses to pay the children school fees and anytime I call him to send money for their medication anytime they fall sick 🤢 he is doing all this to punish me unnecessarily please what can I do? he only paid my bride price I wish to sue him but I don't have such money for lawyers and he is not even in Nigeria again the stress is too much 🥺🥺
