Went to 3 different blood donation organizations to donate, including the red cross, they told me I cant because of my eczema. All 3 said that so... guess I cant donate?? 🤷♀️🤷♀️No hello kitty for me I guess.

can’t donate blood either, but you can usually volunteer to still get the cool stuff !!! helped carry around boxes and stuff for a couple hours somewhere they were set up, and got a T-shirt in exchange ( last time they had one I wanted, at least lolololol )

I'm O+, i donate plasma a lot. but there's no way you're gonna make me skip an ENTIRE days worth of work to donate blood for free that other people will have to pay $700 for. either make blood transfusions cheaper/free or give me some money to donate.

guys… “gay” people are allowed to donate. you should be testing for STDs/AIDs anyways and they ask you if you have before you donate, if you have and you are negative, you can donate. the whole “you can’t donate if your gay” thing was to avoid spreading AIDs because people at the time lied about being gay, so there was a very large spread of AIDs. if you are truthful and safe, there is no reason you cannot donate blood.
