Does Brian think that a draft for the military, will eventually be enforced?

I love that he said "That's why they call it the service, not the preference." Also, there will always be times that you disagree with a decision made by the Administration. Before you go in, decide if you are ok with this or not. Serving in the US military is a privilege.

100 percent it is good. Nothing lasts forever. America is in a dark place that is a fact anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool but democracy will never lose to one man’s ego. America will one day be the light of hope it used to represent

Things will stop on 21 January, but people will still need to stand watches on bridges and in main spaces. The work will continue and 99.9% of what people do in the military is completely without a political context. At least the way we think about it domestically

I personally cared less about who was in office when I was in. People forget people get 4 year terms up to 8 years. So things always changing and military is great launching point for many people.

Puts a bad taste in my mouth that we are fighting Israel’s war. Why should my generation be overseas in a meaningless war?

It’s designed to be a political but I know having trump rallies on military bases and selling trump merch isn’t a political

@thecaptandjess what about bringing back the military draft (or some alternative form of national service)? Does he think that would be a good idea as opposed to an all-volunteer service?
