I currently own a cleaning business and I am in the process of hiring a couple of cleaners as I have taken on a couple of apartment complexes. I see that you currently use a storage unit for your supplies. Is that where you have your employees come and restock if needed or do do you do the restocking For them and bring them the supplies. Do they pick up and drop off every day? Do you allow them to keep their cleaning caddy lots of questions here.! Trying to figure out the best course of action before I bring people on board. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

🙌This is great to see where business owners learn to become business owners rather than employees of their own company so they can truly free up their time. I help small businesses with structuring, planning, learning to build and manage teams etc.

Im currently working on not being solo and its hard to find someone who actually wants to work! I homeschool & foster and need to be home a bit more. I have too much now for just me. Youre doing so good! Do you pay them weekly or by the job or how do you do that? and how many clients do you need to keep on rotation to keep your employees paid while you also make profit? so many questions 😅
