upon watching your previous video again I can see you did everything correct. however I know the exact issue you used glass cleaner to clean to panel. this has caused a reaction. you need to be ensuring you are using panel wipe spray or isopropyl spray instead.

You’re having a chemical reaction. There is some type of contaminant on the panel. Did you wash with soap water, IPA/grease remove, and then acetone?

You should never wet sand primer - unless it is specifically formulated for it (like a high-build urethane block primer) because most common primers are highly porous and act like a sponge. That’s why you have no adhesion and bubbling.

Your time between base and clear is wrong. That clear is also just garbage. May aswell use 1k clear with that

It’s the primer, paint needs something to bond too, with a poor primer you’ll have this issue. Sand it all off, 240-400- then 600wet, re prime with transtar or 2k primer, scuff, clean it well, paint & clear

Your prep work sucked , your mixing and matching different products and the first time you had a issue you needed to strip all of it off you can't just sand and retry

Your primer is horrible! Just use Transtar primer, and Spraymax 2K clear glamour.

I would say it's probably the primer wasnt fully dry. so solvents were still releasing and lifted the top coats off

avoid the Oreilly yes Really😂 duplicolor degreaser their stuff comes with grease from the manufacture line in the process somewhere where they make those plastic bottles dnt listen to those who call themselves specialist or experts on the platforms ....

i mean it looks like the primers sticking but the paint won’t stick to the primer, so something with the prep on the primer or the basecoat/primer reacting

Try using bulldog it’s to help paint stick to plastic bumpers but it will work on metal
