@milabizhacks: I looked up one day and realized my parents are getting older, my niece is getting bigger, and I kept telling myself “next year, next year.” So I booked the flight. Took 2 weeks completely off from work to be fully present. This is the whole reason I built what I built. The money’s nice. But being able to drop everything and just GO when the people I love need me? That’s the actual prize. Money can buy a lot. It can’t buy back a year you didn’t show up for.
