these are good, but important that you (interviewee) can plug the gaps and solve the problems with insightful responses, otherwise you just drug them through surfacing pain points that are now on the table.

Good advice. Answer and then reverse the question to them. Gives you a chance to learn and show alignment

I suggested to my daughter to use a funny story from a college engineering stream monitoring project that she was assisting on when she was interviewing for a pharma job fresh out of college. She did and it became a humorous conversation point. She got the job.
