Completely feel you on this one, I’m 24 and came off of birth control last year since then it’s been a battle. Things that have helped me are probiotics, Skin+Me tailored skincare and getting out of the habit of touching my face at all. It’s such a hard struggle as an adult I hope you’re doing okay xx

Face reality is the answer, there are virtual acne programs that estheticians offer and they’ll create personalized a plan for you. I struggled with severe acne on my cheeks and chin, and so did my siblings. They chose Accutane, but I didn’t. I went to an esthetician instead, and with consistency and proper skin barrier care, my skin cleared up. It’s not just about drying out acne, it’s about treating it while protecting your skin barrier.
