People are doubting my numbers in the comments so I’ll clarify my sources. Arthur Jones is a fitness industry pioneer and inventor of the nautilus machines who personally measured these bodybuilding legends at the 1971 Mr. Universe. Ronnie is unknowingly lying, he used body measuring technology from his time period and they most likely showed those figures, the problem is, body fat measuring technology is really inconsistent and to this day isn't perfected, he was honest, the technology just told a wrong number

I saw Sergio in person in 1980. I used to have 19 inch arms. My arms looked tiny next to Sergio who was shorter then me. Trust me, he had 22 inch arms at his peak.

Hmmm I’m skeptical abt the Arnold arms measurement. Last year at 22 y/o I measured my arms on a random day, no pump and my arms were 18 inches around. I’m not a bodybuilder. More of a power builder and you mean to tell me that my arms weren’t much smaller than Arnold’s??
