Why didn't the parents monitor where their children were going? Why didn't the school contact the parents when the students didn't attend school? After school, why didn't the parents make sure their children had returned home safely? Why is everyone immediately blaming the government? That doesn't seem logical. The investigation should look at every aspect, including the family's situation, the school's procedures and any other factors that may have contributed. Something clearly went wrong somewhere and the full truth should be established before pointing fingers.
