@stealthprotocols: Research gives you principles. It does not write your exact program. That is the part lifters keep missing. A meta-analysis can tell you what tends to work on average. But “average” does not mean every muscle, every person, and every exercise responds the same way. Biceps are not hamstrings. Leg extensions are not stiff-leg deadlifts. A small muscle trained with lower joint stress may recover quickly. A heavily loaded lengthened movement may create a much bigger recovery cost. So when people ask: “How many times per week should I train?” The real answer is: It depends what you are training, how hard you are training it, and how well you recover. Research gives the map. Common sense drives the car. Use the principles. Then adjust based on performance, soreness, recovery, and progression. Comment “ACCESS” to join our free Discord.
