Update: It came off! I just ripped off the big stuff, Let petroleum jelly sit on the rest for a bit then used a gauze pad to rub it off! I appreciate everyone’s advice and ideas! thank you so much!

try oil or break cleaner, if that doesnt work idk what would😂 (veg oil is fine, u dont need to use some kind of motor oil)
