Nah it’s not just a matter of he said she said. More importantly it was a case where police was not impartial and conducted a sloppy investigation. The state will have to refund him most of his legal costs. Prosecutors were drilled during cross examination by his defence lawyer . It is obvious that they will discontinue the 3 rape charges.
