My personal take : 1. put a roof over your head 2. Gradually invest in stock with residual saving, take risks from time to time 3. Create 6-12 months of existential expenses into savings 4. When you get bonuses or sell an asset buy 2000+ of real gold 5. Buy a second house (long term)
