@linettemenaskan: If you want to learn handstands, start by building the strength and control your shoulders need first. This elevated progression helps you practice pushing through the floor, shifting weight into your hands, and staying controlled as your hips move higher. Try moving through these: • elevated plank hold 20–30 seconds • elevated plank shoulder shrugs 2 x 8 • elevated plank walks to pike 2 x 5 • elevated tuck hold 15 seconds • elevated pike hold 15 seconds • elevated pike shoulder shrugs 2 x 8 • elevated pike single-leg extensions 2 x 5 per side Start with 1–2 rounds, move slowly, and rest as needed between drills. If I haven’t mentioned it enough, don’t rush into kicking up to a handstand. Build your foundation first!
