Do yallselves a favor and just use a medela manual pump. All those fancy “hospital grade” pumps are bullshit. They will not fully empty you and it will lead to a supply drop. Use the manual. Squeeze your chesticles as you pump. Drink so much water.

6 months in I would have given the M5 a 7/10. 11 months in it's at a -5/10. I've literally had to have them send me a new set of pumps 3 times because the motors went out😭

Spectra can be hands free if you wear nursing bras. pull the part down that comes down to feed baby, put flange on then wrap the piece that clips back up around the flange before clipping in place. I did this all of my nursing/pumping journey with 12oz bottles connected. it stays even with the weight of 20+ oz of milk.

Any time I use the cups for the spectra I get a clogged duct. Does anyone know if all wearables be similar to if you put cups on the spectra? I’m not sure why this happens.

The mom med pump helped me so much and help me actually produce more milk. I went from an under supplier to an oversupplier not to mention I wasn’t getting sore or getting any clogged ducts because it was actually getting all the milk out
