I once was a supervisor on an insurance sales floor... they wanted me to write up someone because he took 15 calls a day (Average was 25). He closed on average 6 or 7 sales (Target was 13%) cause he listened to thier needs and delivered great service. I laughed and said I would take the write up instead.
