less than a week behind ya and with my first and my doctor offered a membrane sweep whenever i'm ready (i know what it is) but i'm eager to hear how it goes/feels for you before myself😅

Watching this holding my 10 day old baby. What did it for me was the 10 minute labor inducing exercise on YouTube. I did it before bed and then again in the morning and started having contractions right after the second work out.

Meanwhile I’m begging my baby to stay in until his due date 😂. Due Aug 19 and the whole week before, I have kids starting school, moving into college, and one having surgery! Baby needs to stay put until all that is done.

With my last the membrane sweep got me! They did it like at 2-ish, started contractions on my drive home from dr. Headed to hospital by 4 & had my baby by 7:30 lmao I’m getting one again whenever I can 😂😂

Toilet sitting and then walking in 10 minute increments alternating as much as I could for 10 days got me to 4cm 80% effaced and then a membrane sweep at my appt and I actually went into labor barely 5 minutes after the sweep. Started slow and then within 30 minutes, contractions got more intense. By an hour after getting the sweep I am CERTAIN I was active 6cm labor 😂😂 baby born 3 hours from membrane sweep 😂
