if u want the oil to have that lighter part after cooking after putting in ur gallons keep it on top a plank not on bare floor cover with a thick cloth till it get cold don't try turning it to another gallon leave it till it get cold it will then have the thicker part and the lighter part that how I have been doing mine

if you're done cooking it alow it to settle first then that black thing that's on the top make sure you remove it I mean that form you are seeing now don't add it to the oil maybe you can use it for your personal use only and also why checking your oil make sure your oil is well cooked and also don't turn it till after two or three days and also remember to place plank on the floor don't put it on ordinary cement or tiles
