Geto asked Gojo to curse him a little at the end, which is referencing Yuta accidentally cursing Rika to be with him (Yuta). Even after their separation, Geto still called Gojo his “one and only.” The soundtrack during Geto’s last moments in JJK 0 was called “is this true love?” or something similar to that. Gojo knew that Kenjaku wasn’t Geto because his “heart and soul knew otherwise.” Even when Geto was spiraling, he was still thinking about Gojo (in Geto’s interaction with Haibara).
