When and if you get it re installed get the plumbers to use plastic yes it looks horrible but means if you get broken into again they won’t cause as much damage it’s what the council I work for does as in the past tenants will rip out all the copper pipes before they move out so better safe than sorry

what your dealing with is grafters make sure u have multiple sighns saying your property is not abondened and will call the police grafters are awfull urbexers wouldnt do this and check if its abondened first
