That’s just the tip of the iceberg. Basically they evolved for one thing and one thing only: running away super fast. They are really good at running away super fast, but compromised pretty much everywhere else. They have no muscles in the lower limb, so they rely on a structure in the hoof called the frog to basically act as a secondary heart when they move. When they are galloping, they are not consciously moving their diaphragm like we do. Instead, with each stride their organs will against the diaphragm to force air out. In thoroughbreds, we have seen this cause bleeding from the lungs and bruising in the liver. And if they overload one limb for one reason or another, the hoof bone can literally disconnect from the hoof wall, rotate downwards, and penetrate the sole. There is no healing this. Also why they are usually put down if they fracture their leg. They cannot vomit, so anything that goes in must make its way through the digestive system, leading to stomach rupturing and colic. Oh, and they are obligate nasal breathers, so if their nasal passages get obstructed, it’s over (smash that subscribe button for more freaky horse facts)
