You can now have real back-and-forth conversations with ChatGPT, Work, or Codex. And instead of just replying, it actually goes off and completes real tasks on its own. Here’s how it works: Open the ChatGPT desktop app, choose Work or Codex, and you’ll see voice mode right there. I said: “Can you pull up that spreadsheet we built for my brand campaigns last week and add this week’s numbers to it?” It searched my threads, found the right one, and pulled up the spreadsheet in the chat. You can even interrupt it midway through. I jumped in and said “while you’re at it, check my Slack and make sure I didn’t miss anything important today,” and it started running the triage instantly.
