They used to make me so sad!!! I helped a lady who could not remember her own kids names. A day before they moved her to a higher tier/dementia facility I was giving her meds. She turned to me and said (my name) I know I’m difficult and I appreciate that you’re always patient with me thank you, I’m going to miss you. Before I could ask her to say it again she snapped back to her normal self and asked where she was 🥺🥲 I cried in my office after that
