I have carried a bottle with ice cold water with me ever since I was little because I will panic if I get thirsty and don’t have a drink tbh, it’s basically my emotional support at this point 😅 but night time I will always have my water bottle & chapstick or I will not fall asleep like someone else said 😆

My husband put a little fridge in our master bedroom for me and always fills up 3 water bottles with ice so I always have cold water, and my fruit. As soon as I wake up I chug really cold water, and I get a cold peach,nectarine, or cold grapes. I love to be cold! So much so that he even put a mini split in our master bedroom…lol. I love that man🥰
