i have so many fine line tattoos they’re 5 years old and haven’t faded or bled at all 🤨 if you can’t tattoo fine lines you need to communicate that to your clients not tell them “it’ll disappear by morning” like you’re literally setting them up for failure

Dude. I’m literally so tired of people saying “if your fine line falls out you’re doing it wrong.” No, we’re being gently with peoples skin with needles with less surface area that are prone to causing blowouts. Everyone’s skin is different. I’m always gentle at first to see how they heal and offer a free touch up. I’d rather go over lines than try to fix a blow out. It’s just being responsible. And I tattoo bold linework as well — I don’t have that same problem. If you can’t do fine line and you want to complain about it just say so.
