Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over one half of the dough. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal. Cut the dough into equal strips and gently twist each strip. Place the pizza sticks on the prepared baking tray. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush it over the sticks. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
