Once we got the latch figured out, I just started offering boob when she cried, when she didnt cry, when she seemed bored, when I got bored, and somehow we’re 6 months in 😌

The milk “increasing” supplements are all over my algorithm. Now it’s also “natures GLP-1 that won’t affect your supply.” Then you go to the comments and the company is like “welllll we don’t actually know anything.”

i am kinda upset. my baby was born at 34 weeks, shes now 35 and we are learning to breastfeed and latch. the np came in today telling me to force her mouth open, shove it in, while shes clearly upset and starts talking about nipple shields. im so irritated 😤 like she is learning, she did it perfectly for a few 15 second bits yesterday but shes young and tired. im so glad i follow you because i am standing my ground unless its actually necessary which i dont think it is!

With my first I fell victim to those videos and spent SO much money on supplements, snacks, electrolytes, pumps etc. only thing that actually worked for me was pumping more often and lots of protein. I tell every mom now do NOT waste your money!

I took a thing of oatmeal cookies and a thing of the "lactation cookies" and saw no difference in ingredients so just went with the regular oatmeal raisin cookies and saved so much money lol
