Good parenting I’d say. The dad would have taken care of it, but could barely contain the laughter, and mom had to do something to establish the boundary. Dad wasn’t hurt at all, but it’s the principal.

no yelling, no hitting, just a firm voice and a completely normal punishment, that's good parenting, yeah the child cries but eventually they will learn from their mistakes
