I think we all underestimated the heat and how big NC is, but thank you and the team for being so kind. It was my first pop-up and matcha of many. What about adding reservations or ticket counts like a pre sign up just to get an idea of how many guests. Or you can do tickets for certain time frames maybe. 11-1, 1-3 for super big pop ups idk! Just a thought

Just go to a text based system. Order placed with phone number associated, they receive a text when their order is ready. Kills the line to order + can funnel people to merch in the meantime. Have specific people make specific orders (flavor based) until a certain time to reduce on overhead of unused items. Allows people to leave (do whatever) until their order is ready.
