Thinking it's a sensor probably with a camera. Like a light camera for violations. Track license plates, model color. They load it to a database for cross jurisdiction tracking. Just another camera for surveillance. Only the authorities can access the camera and info. It's for tracking/investigating vehicles and cars. It's nothing nor a conspiracy. If they're laying off law enforcement 🤷🏽♀️that's good FKG idea for time and areas of missing ppl or incidents around the camera....

Don’t you think they could just upload the number of times that they track movement and estimate roughly how many pedestrians? Or use some sort of AI system to calculate it I really don’t think they’re paying somebody to watch that crap like 24 seven
