Claritin, Zyrtec or Allegra (only because Benadryl tends to either make you so sleepy or hypes you up) and I know you might agree but I HIGHLY recommend adding Narcan (keep in mind this box may be needed for someone other than your daughter) I believe most Health Departments will send it to you for free (better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it)

I used SO many disposable latex/nitrile gloves in college for cleaning, bug removal, impromptu hair dye moments, etc.

Narcan… this isn’t first aid but also keep pepper spray on her. I know many girls who were walking home from bars late at night scared because there were men out there. But also midol for cramps and bandaid that can go on the back of your heels for blisters.

Benadryl actually isn’t recommended anymore! It has been shown to cause dementia later in life. We use xyzal and zertec that is what our allergist recommended

Eye wash, get the one with the eye cup. Great for those that get grit or eye irritation.

Agree with the eye drops and alcohol swabs already suggested, and would add Orajel and a Vicks/menthol inhaler stick! Amazing job already though 🤗

Balmex!! It’s a diaper rash cream but when you chaff it immediately gets rid of the pain and clears up the chaffing over night. I typically don’t chaff but I never travel without it just in case.
