First time mom - 5 wks pp. the phase where she hates to be put down ANYWHERE. All of the sudden hates swings, bouncers, dock a tot, bassinet, and hell sometimes she doesn’t even like being held a certain way and we need to walk laps for hours.

I have 2 and honestly how easy it’s been this time. I waited for 5 months for the other shoe to drop. My first absolutely did not sleep for the first 6 months and I had bad PPD. My 2nd even with them being 16 months apart was a 360 turn and it took me until 6 months to not expect things to turn. We are now 8 months in!

i was not prepared for how long it would take my toddler to adjust to the changes. the tantrums and emotional outbursts were non-stop for the first month or so!! and on top of that he wanted to start toilet training when I was 2 weeks PP 😭😭 it was a rough time
