They’re not going to change the Venture X to Discover. They know they can’t make a premium travel card a Discover. Everyone will cancel that shit.

Capital one has allowed someone to repeatedly try to open a card in my name despite me telling them to flag my social (credit bureau is aware) so I will never open a card with them. I’ll pay off my discover and that’ll be the end.

yes! Just came from international travel. if my little sister wasn't there with her visa cards, I wouldnt have had ANY money. im leaving capital because of this. so inconvenient

I had so many problems this past May with my capital one discover card. Not one store while shopping in Old San Juan PR (May 2026)uses discover and therefor couldn’t use my debit. Ended up just using my Amex.

I really hate that my debit card is now discover😩 - HATE IT. My credit cards are still MC...once they switch, I'm canceling cause I didn't realize how many places around me DONT take discover, until I got a new debit card..so back to Chase I go.
