I think it’s time to put the phone down and find what makes you happy. Sure you can’t afford therapy, but Google is free. Research how other people overcame depression. Go outside for a hike, look up clubs/communities in your area on Facebook and find friends. Look into hobbies, and try some out. You have every single resource at your fingertips. Getting on here and crying isn’t gonna do anything other than get the wrong kind of attention. But at the end of the day, your mental health is no ones responsibility but your own. Idk, seems like you just want attention and won’t actually put the effort into doing what it takes to make yourself happy. You can’t look for happiness anywhere other than within yourself. Take it from someone who has been EXACTLY where you are, begging for attention and pity and taking whatever I got. I recommend a book called Miracle Morning, it was recommended to me by my therapist, I bet it would help you too. Use google, see what other people do to overcome these feelings, get off of social media, and make an effort to find friends and incorporate self care into your routine, if you have a routine. If you don’t have a morning and night routine, make one. It’s simple things that will make IMMENSE changes to your mental health. You can either listen to advice, or you can keep being miserable and advertising your misery because it gets you attention (again, I’ve been there). The choice is yours.
