How does a business scale up when the cost of inventory is large? Standard payment terms are 30We are constantly reinvesting profits to cover stocking our warehouses so product is here already when customer orders. When contracts are signed we have the expected monthly/weekly order volume. Can be a $1M for each product sku. We have contracts with huge companies and can’t get short term inventory loans unless we put up our personal assets as collateral. Everything I have read about these loans said the inventory should be the collateral.
