Wish I had this training. The one time I went in a 1.6m pool and couldn't feel the ground on my feet, my dumb ahh, tried to go down to push myself up with my hands!!!! I couldn't swim, didn't know how to make myself upright, I was disoriented. My cousin and the lifeguard had to grab me and pull me up. 😭😭😭

im an adult that does not know how to swim. it sucks. grew up in Laguna Beach, CA. saw jaws. no desire. but it sucks not knowing how to.
