doesn't matter ppl would rather live. I rather get graped 10x then die. in one I get maybe slight physical injuries and mostly mental trauma and in the other option I just cease to exist. ppl take death too lightly cause it happens everywhere in media and real life and ppl are desensitized.

Listen man, I can see where you cone from but I have to disagree. I'm not speaking from experience but just the emotional burden that is caused by someone's (unjustified) death to their loved ones is a lot bigger than the one from 🍇. One is something that can't be undone and it will heart not only the person affected but the people surrounding him, meanwhile the other is something that only "affects" the victim and can be (mostly) overcomed by therapy etc. Also the first person is obviously talking about unjustified death and not smth like self defense. No hate

you view the Luigi case as a just killing as punishment for the ceos action, but can’t you also justify grape as a punishment for bad actions? death is objectively worst there are many people who go on to live happy lives after grape, not a single happy life has been lived after death, Life is our entire existence losing that is orders of magnitudes worst the having bad trauma

Just because theoretically there could be a reason, doesn't make it Generally better or worse. It can be a reason for some cases but again, doesn't Change that Its a logical fallacy.

also in this hypothetical “ would u rather be taped or die” you know its a one time thing but many victims are trafficked or it happens to them multiple times or theyre kidnapped so they dont know that it woukd be a one time thing

You are making a false comparison. Rape is a crime while killing is an action. A more reasonable comparison would be that both killing and sex can be justified while rape and murder can not.
