Between the disruption, the stress, and just trying to keep everyday life moving, my routines haven’t exactly been routine lately. Meals haven’t been perfect. Workouts haven’t been consistent. Content hasn’t been consistent. And that’s real life. Right now I’m focusing on getting my home safe, taking care of myself, and doing what I can instead of expecting myself to do everything.
