Sometimes let's try to be reasonable, how can landlord ask u to sign agreement on d house ur about to enter n u will refuse? ur already telling d person that ur a problematic tenant, he/she can refuse to go ahead giving u d house, after struggling to get d apartment. what hpn that landlord law is superceeding d general law(that's what u should tell us)
