Making it this morning but I'm going to use a canning jar ring as a mold for the eggs so that they are fluffy and use one sausage patty instead of two. Teenage boys so this will make it stretch. 😅

Hear me out don’t cook those on a Blackstone cook the patties in a pan save all the grease in the good bits and make a sausage gravy. Pour a little bit of maple syrup in there and use that to go on top of the breakfast sandwich.
