my hyster-sister!! I know you don't wanna hear this, but getting up and walking helps with the pain a lot. and if you've got gas trapped in your shoulder area, bend over, put your ass in the air & fart. it helps get that trapped gas tf OUT. wishing you a speedy recovery.

Just take your time. My recovery literally took a month. Pain was just a couple weeks and it did get better however, the fatigue really did hang on. Give yourself grace! You’ve got this girl!

I just had one a week ago. they send you home the same day as getting it done now. I was shocked when they told me I was going home same day. in at 7:30am home by 5pm.

I want one so bad cause I have an ovarian cyst that makes everyday so hard. Especially during my time of the month and they won’t do it cause it’s “only” 1.8cm big and “should be a problem” til it’s 2.0. Like eff y’all! Been hunting for a doc that’ll listen to me instead of telling me I’m over reacting for like 4 yrs smh
